”Kelman Dez Castas is the true sense of place, history and respect for the original knowledge. The grapes came from a single plot with old vines (up to 90 Years) planted in the old fashion way, everything mixed, and vinified everything together. It is not a matter of simply preserving tradition, but a wisdom that still adds quality to the wines.”- Juliana Kelman
