Vinification: Following a manual harvest of carefully selected Encruzado grapes, cold fermentation and aging period with batonnage of 5 months took place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. This wine is Vegan-friendly.

Tasting Notes: Fresh mineral wine with a good structure and lingering finish. Aromas of white fruit, citric notes and mint.
