Vinification: Clarification of must with cold decanting (10º to 12ºC) for 48 hours. Fermentation with temperature control.
Tasting Notes: Crystalline, greenish color. Fruity aroma suggesting citrus notes. It reveals balance and elegance, with good acidity and minerality.
Pairing: Perfect wine to harmonize with seafood, oven baked fish, codfish and white meat dishes and pasta dishes.
This is a rich and complex wine with good acidity that gives it lasting freshness.

Vinification: Clarification of must with cold decanting (10º to 12º C) for 48 hours. Fermentation with temperature control. Partially fermented in new French oak barrels, this wine remained in contact with the fine lees and battonage.
Tasting Notes: Crystal clear yellow with golden highlights. Complex and elegant aroma with notes of fruit and spices well integrated with aromas of toast from the barrel fermentation. Rich fruit flavor, with good volume and excellent acidity.
Pairing: Perfect wine to harmonize with seafood, oven baked fish, codfish and white meat dishes and pasta dishes.
Varietals: Alicante Bouschet
Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation of fully de-stemmed bunches in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes: It has an intense granite color. Aroma of dried plum, intense fruit flavor complemented by austere tannins. Consistent and long peppery finish. Deep and complex aroma of black wild fruits and well integrated with wood. Full-bodied, rich and balanced, with elegant tannin structure. Long and persistent finishing. Good aging capability.
Pairing: Wine pairing with roasted codfish and octopus in garlic and olive oil sauce, with veal and white meat, roasted or grilled.

Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation of fully de-stemmed bunches in stainless steel vats.
Tasting Notes: Deep violet color. Plum and blackberry aromas with some coffee notes. Balanced flavor with a good acidity, the end is persistent with round tannins.
Pairing: Wine pairing with intense meat dishes, like lamb, goat, black pig, game, hard cheese.
