A creamier, more complex version of the classic Alvarinho from this producer.

Sustainably produced. Hand harvested grapes undergo a cold skin maceration followed by a soft pressing at low pressure. The clean must then ferments in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 20 month bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes: Fresh mineral on the nose, with light grapefruit and green citrus. Enormous creaminess in the mouth, well balanced by acidity and natural freshness. Ripe orange and lemon leaf appear in it, in a very long wine, full of character.
