Singular 2024 — Vinho Verde DOC
A certified organic field blend of Alvarinho, Malvasia Fina, Avesso, and Arinto from old vines. Fermented partly in stainless steel and partly in large-format oak before aging on fine lees for seven months. White flowers, lychee, and citrus lead into a silky, layered palate with integrated acidity and a long, mineral finish.

Vale dos Ares Alvarinho 2022 — Vinho Verde DOC
Made from 100% hand-harvested Alvarinho and aged six months on the lees. Bright pineapple, citrus, and a mineral backbone are balanced by vibrant acidity and a persistent finish. Practicing organic and sustainably produced.

Herdade Paço do Conde Alicante Bouschet 2018 — Alentejo
Made from 100% Alicante Bouschet at the historic Castelo Branco family estate. Aged twelve months in French oak, this full-bodied red offers wild berries, cocoa, integrated tannins, and a long, satisfying finish built for lingering dinners.
