What it is: A modern, dry-style White Port from the Douro, crafted to highlight freshness, floral aromatics, and precision.
Why it matters: Lower residual sugar and stainless steel aging preserve clarity and tension, offering a refined expression that works equally well chilled, on its own, or in cocktails.
Tasting notes: Fresh and expressive, with aromas of ripe pear, golden apple, honey, and peach. The palate opens with a crisp, dry entry, showing excellent balance and aromatic purity, finishing clean and lingering with notes of apple and poached pear.
