From the vineyards of Herdade Paço do Conde located in an Alentejo microclimate ideal for white wines, we selected the highest quality of the Antão Vaz variety for this Reserva.
Vinification: This wine fermented in french oak barrels followed by 9 months of aging with bâtonnage.
Tasting Notes: exuberant and complex aroma with an elegant and great depth, with a strong structure and body. Wood adds spice to the white-fruit flavors. Smooth, rich and well balanced, it is full of concentration and is ready to drink.
Vinification: Produced with Syrah, Alicante Bouschet, and Touriga Nacional, 14 months aging in French Oak.
