Vinification: Crush with total destemming, cold fermentation and long skin maceration. Six months in oak barrels with minimum 2 months in bottle before release.

Varietals: Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, Alfrocheiro

Color: Intense ruby.

Tasting Notes: With distinct intensity, predominant red fruits confit and noble notes from aging in high quality barrels. With three years aging, this wood-aged wine has now reached it apogee. It’s fruity, smooth, elegant and harmonious. Packed with black fruits and some background tannins giving it richness as well as structure. The aftertaste shies with freshness.

Pairing: Soft cheese, delicate fish, white and red meats based on Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African Cuisine.
