2017 Santos da Casa Douro DOC Rosé

Vinification: Fermentation was made in low temperature in stainless steel vats. Aged sur lies for 6 months, conservation in stainless steel vats.

Varietals: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca

2015 Santos da Casa Reserva Vinho Regional Alentejano

Vinification: Grapes are destemmed and crushed, followed by five days of cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled cool temperature, and malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. 12 months aging in French oak. 

Varietals: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon

Color: Intense Ruby.

Tasting Notes: Ripe red fruits, fleshy tannins, and vanilla contribute to a full mouth feel and a long, persistent finish. 

Pairing: Roasted swordfish, game bird stew, soft to semi-hard ripe cheeses.
