Aging: Aging in 500L French Oak barrels for 6 months with bâtonnage
Tasting Notes: Notes of lime with hints of resin and well-integrated vanilla. Stone fruit, pulp, sweet vegetable. Tasting with a wide mouth, medium body, almost full, with a note of barrel, broad and pleasant, aided by good acidity. A mid-season white.
Varietals: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinto Cão & Tinta Francisca
Aging: 8 months in 225 L French Oak barrels. Aging for a minimum of 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes: Exuberant aroma, all with a lot of fruit, red and black, some forest, lots of spice and vanilla from the partial wood aging. Round mouthfeel with ripe and sweet tannins, medium body, medium acidity, tasty and compact, finish with very good finesse. Impossible not to like.
