Single Origin & Estate Bottled Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our love for olive oil has meant that Herdade Paço do Conde has produced nothing but the finest extra virgin olive oil over the years. Produced from the best varieties of olives, which are picked at the start of maturation, Paço do Conde Olive oil is known for its superior quality, transmitting the harmony around us through its flavor and aroma.

In 1998 Herdade Paço do Conde began planting the 1900 hectares of olive groves, all drip-watered. Their olive varieties are Galega, Cobrancosa, Azeiteira, Frantoio, Arquebina and Picual, all chosen to reflect their ongoing search for the very highest quality. The relatively low productivity of some of these varieties is offset by the extraordinary quality of the olives.

The production of Herdade Paço do Conde´s olive oils is made since 2007 in THE ESTATE’S own facilities. Equipped with the most advanced technology, it has the capacity to process 700ton/day of olives and store up to two millions kilograms. The extra virgin olive oil production uses only mechanical cold processing, so as not to alter the natural characteristics of the juice extracted from the olives.
