Limited- Produced in years of quality exceptional and in limited quantities.

Grapes exclusively from old vines with treading on foot in granite and schist stone mills. Aging for 24 months in French oak barrels, 50% new and 50% used barrels.

This wine has a rich color, on the nose it has the presence of well integrated and high quality wood and red fruits.

In the mouth it is voluminous with elegant and smooth tannins. Ideal with well-structured regional dishes, fatty fish and meat, and intense cheeses.
